Ondřej Brychta works at the Department for Asylum and Migration Policy of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic and deals mostly with labour migration. Before joining the DAMP, he worked for the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs in the area of migrants’ access to the Czech labour market and the fight against irregular employment of migrants.
