The collection has three parts. The first part includes an in-depth discussion of international migration and multiculturalism as well as an overview of legal issues connected to migrants and minorities. The second part includes chapters on groups of immigrants in the Czech Republic (see keywords). The last part covers the life that the Roma and Czechs share. On top of the more descriptive chapters (Roma history and ethnography), the last part also includes a chapter on education and a chapter on minority crime-related environment. The last chapter is the result of field work among Roma asylum seekers in the United Kingdom.
