Immigrants from selected Balkan countries
The article is a historical overview of migration from six Balkan countries to the Czech Republic after WWII. The author looks at migration as a result of historical events in the Balkans and examines the development of relations between the Czech Republic (Czechoslovakia) and selected countries of the region, considering it crucial for the intensity of migratory flows from this part of Europe to the Czech Republic. He also compares the different processes of integration of migrant groups from the selected countries in the Czech Republic.
