Surveys at Labour Offices were preceded by a pilot phase aimed at considering and detailing the questions to be contained in the survey questionnaire. This type of research activity requires active cooperation on the part of government authorities, in our case individual Labor Offices and central government institutions. The questionnaire contained 14 questions covering a wide range of relevant issues. The last two questions provided the most valuable information as respondents were asked to find ways of dealing with the presented problems and provide recommendations as regards measures that could improve the current situation. The conclusions of the survey focus on implementation.
