Pavlína Šolcová is a PhD student and an assistant lecturer at the Mendel University in Brno. She has been dealing with the issue of remittances since April 2008 when she became part of the Ministry of Finance team responsible for cooperation on the World Bank’s report on the remittance market in the Czech Republic.
