Policy workshop Protecting Mobility through Improving Labour Rights Enforcement in Europe (PROMO)

We invite you to the workshop that aims to develop practices, and make policy recommendations for the protection of posted workers by bringing together academics and practitioners engaged with the field. Thematic discussion sessions on topics related to the posting of workers will enable researchers and practitioners to share experiences and propose policy solutions and engage with other participants to discuss policy solutions’ applicability in different regions and institutional contexts

Sessions:

An overview of projects in the field of protecting the rights of posted workers
European Union law and enforcement of national labour standards
Posted work and subcontracting liability
Different perspectives of revising the Posted Workers Directive
Different regulations, different working arrangements (posting and its alternatives)
Establishing trust with posted workers

Language: English and Finnish (simultaneous translation)
