Multicultural center Prague and the cultural magazine A2 invite you
to an international workshop
One reason why nationalism has been strong in Central Europe is attributable to feeble alternatives. There has been weak discourse on class that would build different kinds of solidarities. Why has the discourse on class been weak and what can be done about it?
During the workshop we will enhance different views on the relation between class and nationalism. We will discuss the role of the unions in a struggle against xenophobia as well as alternative forms of organizing not only migrant and immigrant workers.
